1. What we collect

When you register interest or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, the unit types you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. This website itself stores nothing: the registration form opens your own WhatsApp or email app with your message pre-filled, and the data reaches us only when you press send.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and to send you information you asked for about Lorong Puntong Condo, such as the official project name, floor plans, price lists and showflat arrangements when they are released. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

3. Who we share it with

Your details may be shared with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd for administrative and compliance purposes, and with the developer or its appointed sales team where necessary to arrange showflat visits or bookings you have requested. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

5. Access, correction and withdrawal
